"Merrill was extremely helpful quickly. My insurance company that I've been with for years and years is no longer going to provide homeowners insurance and despite my anxiousness to get started and getting it switched to another company, it took some time for them to realize that a property was going to be uninsured as of the 12th of January. Yesterday the 8th , Wednesday he had everything necessary to indicate we had insurance. Well thank you Julie! It's great to be with you. Happy New Year to you as well. "Merrell saved me! I have been with some unknown insurance company for years, never late with a payment and each time i would renew- they upped the premium by $50… i was told by GMI “I think its inflation”. The “i think” made me be done! Merrell helped me get not only CHEAPER insurance but also renters insurance total still for LESS than what i was paying before! All it took was one call, and i am covered while also saving money! Single mom here and i cannot tell you what a breeze that was! His knowledge is impeccable, he broke it down to me where i understood what insurance is without sounding like a bot. I am leaving this review because he deserves the praise! Thank you for helping me solve a stressful situation in minutes!"
